مواجهه با ابهام در پروژه های فناوری: مروری بر " تحمل ابهام " و روش های پرورش آن در متخصصان فناوری اطلاعات

چکیده
ابهام در پروژه‌های فناورانه یکی از چالش‌های اصلی مدیریت مدرن است و می‌تواند بر تصمیم‌گیری، ارتباطات، کار تیمی و میزان نوآوری تأثیر مستقیم بگذارد. این پژوهش با رویکرد مرور نظام‌مند و بررسی مقالات منتشرشده از سال 2010 تا 2024، چهار نوع اصلی ابهام شامل ابهام در نیازمندی‌ها، ابهام فناورانه، ابهام بازار و ابهام سازمانی را شناسایی می‌کند. بر اساس تحلیل انجام‌شده، یک چارچوب سه‌مرحله‌ای برای مدیریت ابهام شامل «تشخیص و پذیرش»، «تحلیل و اولویت‌بندی» و «اقدام و تکرار» ارائه می‌شود. علاوه بر آن، مدل ADAPT به عنوان یک رویکرد پنج‌گانه برای تبدیل شرایط نامطمئن به فرصت نوآورانه معرفی می‌شود. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که موفقیت در پروژه‌های فناوری نه به حذف کامل ابهام، بلکه به توانایی سازگاری، یادگیری مستمر و تصمیم‌گیری مؤثر در شرایط نامشخص بستگی دارد. این پژوهش تأکید می‌کند که تیم‌ها و سازمان‌هایی که توانایی پذیرش ابهام و تبدیل آن به منبع نوآوری را دارند، در محیط‌های پویا عملکرد مؤثرتری خواهند داشت.

Dealing with Ambiguity in Tech Projects: A Review of Tolerance for Ambiguity and its Development in IT Professionals

چکیده English

Ambiguity in technology projects is one of the major challenges of modern management and directly affects decision-making, communication, teamwork, and innovation. Using a systematic review approach, this study examines research published between 2010 and 2024 and identifies four main types of ambiguity: requirements ambiguity, technological ambiguity, market ambiguity, and organizational ambiguity. Based on the findings, a three-stage framework for managing ambiguity is proposed, consisting of “recognition and acceptance,” “analysis and prioritization,” and “action and iteration.” In addition, the ADAPT model is introduced as a five-step approach that helps transform uncertain situations into opportunities for innovation. The results indicate that success in technology projects does not depend on eliminating ambiguity, but on the ability to adapt, engage in continuous learning, and make effective decisions under uncertain conditions. The study emphasizes that teams and organizations capable of embracing ambiguity and converting it into a driver of innovation demonstrate stronger and more resilient performance in dynamic and unpredictable technological environments.
