چکیده

آگاهی از جایگاه ویژه نظام های آموزشی  در جهان تکنولوژی محور و نقش آنها در تغییرات اجتماعی و بویژه تحولات اخیر فناوری سبب شده است که در بسیاری از کشورها, آموزش و پرورش تطبیقی به یکی از پویاترین رشته های علمی مورد توجه سیاست مداران, دانشمندان حوزه های گوناگون علوم انسانی و دست اندرکاران و برنامه ریزان آموزشی مبدل شود. دانش آموزش و پرورش تطبیقی امروزه در اغلب کشورها، دانشی فراگیر و گسترده است و یکی از شاخه های دانش تعلیم و تربیت است که به مطالعه نظام های مختلف آموزش و پرورش کشورها پرداخته، شباهت ها و تفاوت هایی را که میان عوامل این نظام های آموزشی وجود دارند را درجهت تکامل، مورد تطبیق و مقایسه قرار دهد. آموزش و پرورش تطبیقی به دانشی اطلاق می شود که موضوع آن شناسایی و تحلیل و مقایسه شباهتها در تفاوت ها پدیده ی تربیتی در داخل یک نظام آموزشی و یا بین نظام های آموزش و پرورش کشورهای مختلف جهان با توجه به عوامل اجتماعی، مذهبی، اقتصادی و سیاسی موثر در تشکیل و پیدایش آنها است. آموزش و پرورش تطبیقی نام جدیدی است برای دانش نوینی که امروزه در ردیف معارف مستقل بشری درآمده، اما همچون دیگر شعب علوم سابقه ای بس دیرینه و کهن دارد.  تحول نظام‌های آموزشی جهان نشان می‌دهد که برای تحقق این امر، بیشتر کشورهای پیشرو از مطالعات و پژوهش‌های تطبیقی در زمینه آموزش و پرورش بهره گرفته‌اند و از آن به عنوان شرط لازم برای طراحی نظام‌های آموزشی نوین خویش نام می‌برند و بر لزوم و ضرورت این گونه بررسی‌ها قبل از اقدام به هرگونه اصلاحات آموزشی جامع برای رفع نیازمندیهای رو به رشد اقتصادی، فرهنگی و فنی خویش تأکید می‌ورزند.‌ هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائه رویکرد توسعه آموزش و پرورش تطبیقی در ایران براساس دیدگاههای فناورانه می باشد.

Nowadays, paying attention to the special position of educational systems in the technology-oriented world and their role in social changes and especially recent technological developments has caused comparative education in many countries to become one of the most dynamic scientific fields that politicians, scientists in the fields of Various humanities and practitioners and educational planners will be transformed. The knowledge of comparative education in most countries today is a comprehensive and extensive knowledge and it is one of the branches of education knowledge that studies the different education systems of countries, the similarities and differences between the factors of these education systems. to compare and compare existing ones to the degree of evolution. Comparative education refers to knowledge whose subject is identifying, analyzing and comparing the similarities and differences of the educational phenomenon within an educational system or between the education systems of different countries in the world according to social, religious, economic and Political is effective in their formation and emergence. Comparative education is a new name for a new science that has entered the ranks of independent human education today, but like other branches of science, it has a very old and ancient history. The evolution of the world's educational systems shows that in order to realize this, most of the leading countries have benefited from comparative studies and researches in the field of education and they mention it as a necessary condition for the design of their modern educational systems and the necessity of such studies Before taking any comprehensive educational reforms, they emphasize to meet their growing economic, cultural and technical needs. The purpose of this research is to present the approach of developing comparative education in Iran based on technological perspectives.
