چکیده

در عصرکنونی که عصر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات می باشد، پس از تجارت الکترونیک آموزش نیز وارد قلمرو فضای مجازی شده است. آموزش مجازی همراه با مزایایی از قبیل عدم وابستگی به مکان و زمان، حضور الکترونیکی، حفظ محیط زیست و غیره دستاوردهای ارزنده و البته چالش های مختلفی را برای معلمان و دانش آموزان به وجود آورده است.  یادگیری الکترونیکی یکی از روش‌های جدید آموزشی مبتنی بر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات است که می‌تواند بسیاری از محدودیتها و محرومیت‌های آموزش را رفع نماید و به چالش حاصل از میزان تقاضای اجتماعی برای آموزش و فقدان منابع آموزشی کافی پایان دهد. گرایش شدید و روزافزون نسبت به یادگیری الکترونیکی حاکی از مزایای مختلف این روش نسبت به روش‌های سنتی آموزش است. پژوهش حاضر با شیوه توصیفی- تحلیلی و با هدفی کاربردی بر آن است به بررسی مزایا و چالش های آموزش مجازی بپردازد و نیازمندی ها و راهکارهای موردنیاز درجهت بهبود قابلیت های اجرائی و کیفی آموزش مجازی را پیشنهاد نماید. بمنظور بهبود قابلیت های کیفی و عملیاتی آموزش مجازی، می بایست میزان توجه به فناوری ها و فضای مجازی؛ به ویژه شبکه های اجتماعی و محتوای آن ها افزایش یابد همچنین علاوه بر این مورد، سواد رسانه ای نیز برای مخاطبان، خانواده ها و مسئولین ذی ربط تبیین و تشریح گردد. همچنین در پایان مقاله راه‌کارهایی برای بهبود و اثربخشی آموزش در کلاس‌های مجازی را پیشنهاد نموده ایم. با بهره گیری از این روش‌ها میتوان آموزش و یادگیری را جذاب تر و آسان‌تر نمود و راندمان تدریس را افزایش داد.

In the current technology based era, after e-commerce, education has also entered the realm of virtual space. Virtual education, along with advantages such as not depending on place and time, electronic presence, preserving the environment, etc., has brought valuable achievements and, of course, various challenges for teachers and students. E-learning is one of the new educational methods based on information and communication technology that can solve many limitations and exclusions of education and put an end to the challenge of social demand for education and the lack of sufficient educational resources. The strong and increasing tendency towards electronic learning indicates the various advantages of this method compared to traditional methods of education. The current research with a descriptive-analytical method and with a practical purpose is to examine the advantages and challenges of virtual education and to suggest the requirements and solutions needed to improve the implementation and quality capabilities of virtual education. In order to improve the qualitative and operational capabilities of virtual education, the level of attention to technologies and virtual space should be increased. In particular, social networks and their content should be increased, and in addition to this, media literacy should also be explained to the audience, families, and relevant officials. Also, at the end of the article, we have suggested ways to improve and improve the effectiveness of education in virtual classes. By using these methods, teaching and learning can be made more attractive and easier, and teaching efficiency can be increased.
