Peer Review Policy

Journal of Arman Process uses a double anonymous peer review policy for article reviews and refereeing. This means that the identity of the author and reviewers will be anonymous in the process. Therefore, the authors should note that their article should not disclose the authors' information in any way.

Peer Review Process

After the initial review by the specialized Secretary and editorial board and receiving the completed print monopoly form, the submitted articles will go through the following steps, to review until the electronic publication:

A) At this stage, the articles with the appropriate format based on the "Guide for authors" section are sent to the specialized editor and editorial board for review. At this stage, the articles that have appropriate scientific content and are consistent with the scientific scopes of the journal are first approved. This step usually takes between 3 and 7 business days.

B) The articles approved in the previous stage are sent to at least two referees with an opinion on the article's topic. After review, they are divided into three categories according to the result of the refereeing:

  - Articles that are accepted after the initial review stage.

  - Articles that can be accepted after the corrections desired by the judges.

  - Articles that are not recognized as acceptable after reading and reviewing.

C) After sending the comments of the reviewers, the author/authors of the article should make the desired corrections within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receiving the comments, or reflect their reasons for not needing correction to the quarterly office. Corrections may be done in a back-and-forth process in two or three stages, and it may last until the article's content is not acceptable to the editor and editorial board of the journal.

D) After making the corrections desired by the reviewers or providing sufficient reasons that there is no need for correction and approval by the editor, the letter of acceptance/rejection will be sent to the author.

E) After the system expert accepts, all the articles are placed in the list of articles ready for publication.

- After the literary and technical editing, characters, and page layout, the mentioned articles are sent to the responsible author in the magazine format so that if things need to be controlled and changed and after the author's approval, in the magazine system for publication. It is published online and indexed in scientific databases.
