Abstract Blockchain is a holistic system consisting of peer-to-peer connected and distributed blocks of data that eliminates the need for a centralized management entity to manage technological transactions. Blockchain's open-source, impermeable configuration paves the way for an unparalleled level of transparency. Each piece of data is distributed among millions of computers around the world and its authenticity is verified. This relatively new technology is revolutionizing various industries and providing an automated process for managing processes and interactions. The use of blockchain is a cheap and fast solution and it is very attractive that it has experienced a lot of development in recent years. In today's era, the use of blockchain technology plays a very important role in the development of businesses. This powerful technology improves the quality of business and also increases their income and profit. Maintaining business security, authenticity, speed and increasing quality are among the benefits that arise with the help of blockchain in businesses. According to the importance of the issue, in this article we intend to examine the convergence of blockchain with technology-oriented services and related functions.

Abstract Today, the adoption of new technologies helps governments to provide digital and electronic government services to citizens as efficiently as possible. Electronic government is a characteristic of digital and technology-oriented government services that has emerged with the growth of the role of information technology and new characteristics in information and knowledge-based societies and tries to show the dynamic role of governance in such societies. Electronic government is a huge and important step to advance international communication and as one of the subsets of information technology, it has enabled governments to provide information and services efficiently in the minimum time and at the lowest cost using modern technologies. . It also grants people the necessary facilities for proper access to government information and services, improving the quality of services and providing wider opportunities with lower cost and higher effectiveness to participate in democratic processes and institutions. Considering the importance of e-government services as a driver in creating social and cultural changes, in this article we intend to examine the achievements and opportunities created by the use of e-government services along with the challenges and issues facing the establishment of e-government in societies.

Abstract In today's technology based era, information and communication technology is creating a new revolution all over the world, the importance of which is no less than the industrial revolution. In fact, we are on the threshold of a technological revolution that will completely change the way we live, work and communicate. Such a transformation with this scale, scope and complexity is unlike any previous human experience. In line with this transformation, the response of governments, organizations and individuals should be integrated and comprehensive and include all stakeholders, from global governments and public and private sectors to academics and civil society. With the emergence of different technologies, many businesses took advantage of them and promoted and developed business models and related matters. Information and communication technology in organizations affect the indicators that are all the basic conditions of success for organizations. One of the important areas that can receive many effects from this technology are business and industry. Today, information and communication technology has become the basic factor of transformation and modernization of industries, organizations and businesses. What the fourth industrial revolution refers to as digital transformation means that organizations should contribute to the benefits created by new technologies in an intelligent and effective way to increase organizational productivity by transforming their leadership methods, strategic thinking and operational activities. Realizing organizational goals and improving the working and interactive experience between employees, customers, suppliers, partners and stakeholders with the organization. In Iran, with the introduction of technology, they were greatly welcomed and many businesses achieved tremendous success by using new technologies.
